As the building is listed and it’s structure protected by the law, there is no wheelchair access and there is no access to a lift in our three-storey Georgian Townhouse. Staff will be available to help with your luggage. We apologise for any inconvenience.
We do not provide a breakfast service at Picardy Place Rooms & Suites, but our reception team are happy to recommend local eateries.
In accordance with Scottish legislation, we do not allow smoking within the building and a £100 fine will apply.
All guests who book with us directly will always receive the best available rate and a 10% discount when quoting "SAVE10" upon booking. We are also always able to match any Advance Purchase Non-Refundable rates advertised on external sites.
Card details are used to guarantee your reservation, no payment is taken until check in. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 100% of the first night will be charged. In the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If you have agreed to pay a non-refundable rate, the total price of the reservation will be charged immediately and will be non-refundable and non-amendable.
