Picardy Place is located to the east side of the city centre. Our premises sit opposite Edinburgh Playhouse and the Omni centre and are within a few minutes walk of Waverley train station and St Andrews Square. Housed within our two townhouses on Picardy Place are 10 boutique hotel rooms, Steak Restaurant, the Bier Keller and now our aptly named facility ‘The Event Space’. Our team have a focus to; push, diversify and promote new and unique dining experiences within the city centre of Edinburgh.
In order to execute our very own visions of culinary delight we all know there are a plethora of challenges to overcome before service on the first night. Entangled within those challenges, more often than not, are the associated costs in delivering that vision. As operators ourselves, we understand the challenges and restrictions finances play on our industry and how impeding this can be. As such our aim is to collaborate with operators not sell to them. We achieve this via a simple formula:
We - provide all facilities for your operation and cover all associated costs
(fully operational 55+ cover restaurant, bar, commercial kitchen, and sundry)
You - provide the product and execution
(staff, stock and marketing)
Together - we agree a revenue split
(percentage negotiable)
